Scan property

Our team will come to your property and scan the interior using our full suite of advanced Lidar imaging equipment. Appointments range from 60 to 120 minutes depending on home size.
Report
prepared

Within 24 hours your report will be prepared and emailed to you. During this time our team will create a custom report with your home size measured to industry Residential Measurement Standards (RMS).
Room Size Detailed

Your report will include total living area, individual room sizes and a Room Size Schematic illustrating the house layout. We will also provide you with an RMS measurement. Garages and sheds can also be measured for an additional cost.

Need
photos?
Our 3D imaging equipment allows us to capture industry leading property photos at the same time as measurements. Our service includes a 3D virtual tour hosted online for up to 12 months. One appointment - 2 services!
